Thank you so much for your interest in becoming a 2024 Block Party Volunteer!
We would love to serve with you! It is you, that will help us make the Block Party a success this summer.

It is our hope that each volunteer would come with a heart that is dedicated to exuding friendship and a positive demeanor. No matter the area in which you volunteer, you are making a major impact on the Delmar community. Our volunteer team is the heartbeat of the event, and we hope you return to serve next year.

When is the volunteer application due?

Applications are due no later than August 28th 2024

How can I help?

There's plenty that you can do to help! We need a set up crew, tear down crew, welcome crew, food servers and more! Be sure to indicate where you prefer to serve in the form above.

How old do I have to be to volunteer?

You must be atleast 16 years old to volunteer at the BattleGround Block Party. State, government issued ID or student ID will be required at check in. All minors under 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult.

I'm leading a group of people or an organization. How can we all sign up?

and we can get you squared away!

Do you provide food, transportation and other accommodations for volunteers?

There will be a space for volunteers to rest and relax in between shifts. There will not be any additional accommodations provided.

Will you sign off on volunteer hours?

Sure! Please email us at info@battlegroundconference.com to let us know. We will not sign off on volunteer hours that have not been approved before the event.
